Conducting site inspections and monitoring work progress;

Analysing design and cost-estimate documentation, work quantities, and specifications;
Preparing Form 2, Form 3, and other required regulatory documents;
Preparing construction programmes and project schedules;
Preparing reports on assignments, project data, project control, project resources, and project plans;
Reading and interpreting concept and detailed design drawings;
Applying calculation principles for reinforced-concrete, timber, and steel structures;
Understanding the types and properties of construction materials;
Applying construction regulations and material-consumption standards;
Analysing and calculating general construction work quantities for cost-estimate documentation;
Applying regulatory documents and methodological guidelines related to cost estimates;
Providing technical supervision over construction and installation works;
Preparing and substantiating preliminary contract price proposals during tenders;
Participating in the preparation and approval of construction contracts;
Reviewing technical reports received from construction sites;
Reviewing cost estimates received from clients and subcontractors and preparing assessments of their content and quality;
Participating in the preparation of supply contracts with manufacturers, suppliers, and intermediaries, as well as coordinating changes in pricing and contractual terms;
Calculating construction costs and their individual components and reviewing client and subcontractor estimates, material costs, additional expenses, progress reports, technical specifications, and completed-work certificates;
Participating in the review and approval of design changes arising during construction;
Promptly resolving issues involving the replacement of materials, products, and structures without reducing construction quality;
Monitoring the fulfilment of contractual obligations by counterparties;
Investigating the causes of construction delays and deterioration in the quality of installation work and participating in corrective actions;
Conducting technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and preparing the required technical documentation;
Participating in problem-solving and the planning and management of changes under the supervision of the direct manager;
Implementing measures to reduce construction, installation, and repair costs;
Maintaining cost-estimate records and systematising financial and cost calculations;
Preparing reference statements on estimated prices;
Complying with quality-management requirements;
Calculating work quantities and materials for completed, ongoing, and unfinished construction projects and preparing the relevant schedules;
Taking on-site measurements;
Being available for business trips.
University degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field;
More than three years of experience in the construction industry;
Ability to work in accordance with modern and innovative standards;
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, and AutoCAD;
Knowledge of 1C will be considered an advantage;
Strong documentation and business correspondence skills;
Knowledge of construction standards and regulations;
Valid driving licence;
Ability to review and analyse projects;
Ability to prepare technical and material reports;
Ability to prepare defect reports and Form 2 documentation;
Ability to verify that completed work complies with the approved design and cost estimate;
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks;
Availability for business trips.
