Candidate Requirements:

• A university degree in Architecture or a related field;

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architecture and design;

• Experience in designing private residences, villas, commercial buildings, and public facilities;

• Ability to prepare sketches, detailed designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings;

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and other architectural design software;

• Knowledge of construction standards, regulations, structural solutions, and project documentation;

• Ability to calculate project dimensions accurately and prepare technical details;

• Ability to follow contemporary architectural trends and propose creative ideas;

• Ability to analyse clients’ requirements and preferences and transform them into functional design solutions;

• Ability to complete and present projects within established deadlines;

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate with engineers and designers;

• A responsible, detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven approach;

• Submission of a portfolio is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing architectural concepts and preliminary designs;

• Preparing floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings;

• Ensuring that projects comply with technical and functional requirements;

• Participating in client meetings and presenting project proposals;

• Conducting site inspections and taking measurements;

• Providing architectural supervision during project implementation;

• Coordinating with engineers, structural designers, and other specialists;

• Ensuring that completed projects comply with company standards and applicable construction regulations.
